Delivery in the UAE
- We deliver to all seven emirates.
- Flat rate AED 25. Free on orders of AED 250 or more.
- Usually 1 to 3 working days after we confirm your order.
- We will message you on WhatsApp with a delivery window.
We don't yet ship outside the UAE. GCC delivery is coming; join the newsletter to hear when.
Pick up at the Window
Collection is free. We'll message you when your order is ready, usually within one working day. Bring the name on the order to the Window during opening hours.
Returns
Changed your mind? Unused items in their original condition can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Bring them to the Window, or message us to arrange a courier (return delivery is at your cost unless the item is faulty).
For hygiene reasons we can't accept returns of opened coffee. Gift cards can't be returned once issued.
Refunds
Refunds go back to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the return.
