About these terms
These terms apply to products bought from the Anja online shop, sold by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME TO FILL], trade licence [TRADE LICENCE NUMBER TO FILL], TRN [TO FILL]. Your statutory rights under UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection are not affected.
Prices and VAT
All prices are in UAE dirhams (AED) and include VAT at 5%. Delivery charges are shown before you send your order. A VAT invoice is provided with every order.
Placing an order
While online card payment is being set up, you place an order by sending your bag to us on WhatsApp. Your order is accepted when we confirm stock and send you a payment link or agree payment on collection. Until then no contract exists and nothing is charged.
If an item is no longer available, or a price on the site is clearly wrong, we will tell you before accepting the order.
Gift cards
Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue, can be used at the Window, in the Salon or in the shop, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Treat a gift card code like cash; we cannot replace one that has been used by someone else.
Delivery and collection
See our Shipping & Returns page for delivery areas, costs and times. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery or collection.
Faulty items
If something arrives damaged or faulty, tell us within 7 days with a photo and we will repair, replace or refund it, including any delivery cost.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the UAE. The courts of Dubai have jurisdiction. [LAWYER TO CONFIRM]
